Windsor Castle hosts Queen’s virtual audience
Another audience was held virtually at Windsor Castle by the Queen.
The monarch welcomed Nguyen Hoang Lang via video link, despite straining her back.
The 95-year-old head-of-state, sitting in Windsor’s Oak Room sitting area, was wearing a turquoise dress with black collar detail and her pearl necklace. She also wore a brooch.
The ambassador presented his credentials to Buckingham Palace, along with Vu Hung Giang, his letters of recall, and his marriage certificate.
Wednesday was the first day that the monarch saw her since she cancelled her Remembrance Day appearance. On Wednesday she had a face to-face meeting with General Sir Nick Carter.
