Mystikal, a rapper best known for his songwriting skills, is also known as Rapper Mystikal “Shake Ya A–,”Louisiana arrests him on first-degree murder, simple robbery and domestic abuse battery: strangulation charges.
confirmed the news with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office.
“According to Sheriff Bobby Webre, on July 30, at approximately 11:58 pm, deputies with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to an area hospital in reference to a sexual assault,”In an email, the APSO addressed it to. “Detectives interviewed the victim who sustained minor injuries during the attack.”
“Through further investigation Michael Tyler was identified as a suspect,”The email went on. “He was arrested and booked into the Ascension Parish Jail. He is charged with First-Degree Rape, Simple Robbery, Domestic Abuse Battery – Strangulation, False Imprisonment, Simple Criminal Damage to Property. This is an ongoing investigation. Further details may be limited at this time.”

Tyler is currently being held without bond by the Judge.
Mystikal’s rep did not immediately respond to ’s request for comment.
Michael Lawrence Tyler was indicted in 2018 on kidnapping and first-degree rape charges. Caddo Parish, Louisiana grand juries also indicted him on one count each, first-degree and second-degree, respectively. KSLA News 12September 2017,
Tyler surrendered to Caddo Correctional Center authorities in August 2017. In 2003, Tyler was incarcerated at the Caddo Correctional Center. “Danger (Been So Long)”Rapper pled guilty sexual battery and extortion charges. He was sentenced to six years imprisonment.
The emcee and two of his bodyguards forced that victim, the rapper’s hairstylist at the time, to perform oral sex and then accused her of stealing $80,000 in checks, per The A.V. Club.
Tyler was released on January 10, 2010, and Tyler was placed on probation for five more years. Tyler also had to register as a sex offender back in Texas.
