William stated in a trailer for the show: “Many people don’t realize what they need until it actually happens.”

“You can be living one life one minutes and something massively changes and you realise you don’t necessarily have the tools or experience to be able to tackle that.”

Kate continues: “I would love to know, pray, maybe listeners, as well as how you, individuals, look after mental health?”
