‘Oh s***’: Fox News interview cut short by angry wasp

Fox News host Neil Cavuto and White House economist Jared Bernstein were locked in heated discussions. An angry wasp almost bit Bernstein, forcing them to stop the interview.

Tuesday saw Bernstein join Cavuto for a discussion about the Inflation Reduction Act. President Joe Biden just signed it into law.

Bernstein was questioned by Cauvto about the legislation, asking whether it would be effective and which economic group will benefit most.

As they spoke, the two men sat across from each other. It was obvious that Bernstein was frustrated by Cavuto’s doubts.

The heated discussion quickly ended when Bernstein was bitten by a wasp near the end of the interview.

“I am watching a wasp that’s flying right around me right now,”Bernstein said it while trying to avoid the insect.

Cavuto responded with a joke “must be CNN”.

As the White House’s economic advisor looked for the wasp, he attempted to talk about the future of inflation. He almost yelled at the audience. “oh s***”as the wasp flew towards them.

Cavuto quickly interjected, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, I’m going to let you go – last thing I want to do is see you get stung. As long as the American people aren’t getting stung by inflation.”

Before Bernstein made a joke, the two men laughed. “That’s nice to hear, I wasn’t sure where you stood on the should Jared get stung.”

As the interview ended, Bernstein continued to avoid the wasp while he dodged his head.

People online made fun of the encounter.
