In 2022, 18 years after its original release in cinemas, The Polar Express has been given a 4K upgrade, allowing fans to gaze in wonder at each individual hair in the mustache of Tom Hanks’s train conductor.

On November 1, the 4K movie version was made available in the USA and the UK. It was followed by the UK’s November 7, the 4K version.

Fans can either purchase the 4K version digitally or on disc, and on Amazon, it’s currently priced at US: $23.79 And £19.99 in the UK.
