Barbara Thore: More details

Whitney revealed that her mother died following a lengthy battle with cerebral amyloid angiopathy in a heartfelt post on Instagram in early December.

It read, “Rest in Peace Sweet Mommy.” June 22, 1946-December 7, 2022.

The credits of her favorite film were playing when my mother died. Dad, Hunter and I were with her when she breathed her last. The exact same time that she was born almost 40 years earlier, it was 10.32pm.

This TV personality went on to say: “My mother had cerebral amyloid angiopathy, which is a progressive, untreatable condition that’s caused by abnormal proteins within the blood vessels in the brain. It can lead to dementia, seizures or, as my mom experienced, bleeding inside the brain (hemorrhagic stokes).

When mom suffered her first stroke, we were warned that she would have more. Mom will have her second stroke on December 28, 2021 and last one in November 13 2022.
