Millie Bobby Brown will reprise her role as Enola in the sequel to the 2020 Netflix smash. Fans are overwhelmed with excitement after Stranger Things star Millie Brown shared a first look of Enola Holmes.
Millie (18) took to Instagram for a sneak preview of the film. The streaming service will release it on November 4.
What should we expect?
Millie, who rose to fame as Eleven in Stranger Things, shared a string of stills from the flick – and it certainly looks action-packed.
The first sees her – as Sherlock Holmes’ little sister, running through the streets as she’s chased down by two police officers.
What’s she up to lately?
The second photo shows Henry Cavill, Superman actor, standing next to a stagecoach while he gazes off into the distance. Maybe he’s Enola’s getaway driver.
Another photo shows Enola Bonham Carter and Helena Bonham Carter, Helena’s mother Eudoria. They are seen looking at each other and staring into the camera. They look like they are hiding under the floorboards or in some secret room.
Enola is being held in handcuffs in another safe, which suggests that she’s really in serious trouble.
She’s also seen inspecting a mysterious note with the help of her brother and Tewkesbury, played by Louis Partridge.
The final image shows high-ranking people enjoying a party.
According to IMDb, the film follows Enola – now a detective-for-hire – as she takes on her first official case to find a missing girl.
A mystery that she uncovers leads to a dangerous conspiracy. To solve the mystery, she enlists the help and support of her big brother.
Fans are buzzing
The first film went down a treat when it landed on Netflix in 2020, and fans clearly can’t wait to see the second installment.

The first film was a great success
The first Enola Holmes received 14 nominations and was awarded three.
It won the Saturn Award for Best Film Presentation on Streaming Media from the Academy of Science FIction, Fantasy & Horror Film, and Millie won Favourite Movie Actress at the Kids’ Choice Awards and a Sierra Award for Youth in Film – Female from the Las Vegas Film Critics Society, with all gongs being picked up in 2021.
It was the second most-watched Netflix series in its debut weekend.
