Duka shared before and after photos of his incredible weight loss with his followers.
Reality TV’s most recent participant, tightened his muscles, showing off his toned body in a gym mirror selfie he posted on Instagram.
The caption he added to the post was “A little update. The photos are separated by 13-14 months. On the right, it was more than a month ago.
“Weighed 95kg on the left and 90kg on the right. Still a lot of areas to work on. But it’s about the love of the process not just the destination.”
His transformation was quickly praised by his fans.

Duka is the Recruitment HR Coordinator on Married At First Sight UK, which will air this year on E4.
Duka, a 10-year-old from Yugoslavia, arrived in the UK at 10 years old. His struggles growing up had a definitive role in shaping the man he’s become, and he finds it difficult to let people in.
Duka hopes to change everything on MAFS and is looking for an alternative. ‘Instagram girl’She is a person who loves taking care of herself and can have deep conversations about global issues.

The new series will have 30 episodes. Love experts Melanie Schilling, Charlene Douglas and Paul C. Brunson will be available to coach newlyweds in their relationships.
