MAMA June’s Honey Boo Boo fans are worried after she was absent from TikTok during her boyfriend’s legal drama.
Dralin Carswell (21), was charged with statutory rape in years before he began dating Mama June: Road to Redemption’s star.

Fans noticed that Alana’s boyfriend, 21-year-old Alana, was arrested in 2019 for statutory rape and was later charged.
The Toddlers In Tiara’s star wasn’t the victim and the alleged incident seems to have occurred before their relationship.
Fans are worried that Alana will not address her decision to quit the social media site.
Before the account disappeared, she was active on TikTok.
She was equally silent about Dralin’s scandal.
According to police reports, Dralin was 18 years old at the time. The mother claimed Dralin climbed through her window and had sex in her home with the minor.
In their report, the officer said that they had spoken to the minor.
“I asked the daughter if it was consensual, and she stated ‘Yes’.”

The officer was told by the minor that “her plan with Carswell was for him to come to the house and while there they had consensual unprotected sex in her bedroom.”
Dralin told police that Dralin had spoken to the minor “was his girlfriend and they had talked about him coming to her house… but he did not actually go to the house.”
He said he was at home with his friend all day, but in police interviews with his friends, two of them stated to the investigators that they dropped him at the minor’s house and picked him up about an hour later.
The friends allegedly told the police that when they picked Dralin up he “was scared and told them to drive fast” because the minor’s “mama had caught him inside the house.”
Central Recorder did not receive a response from Dralin and Alana to our request for comment.
The boyfriend of the TV celebrity was initially charged for statutory rape, but he completed a pretrial divert program that resulted is dismissal of a claim to make a false statement.
The 21-year old agreed to the terms of the program during the pretrial diversion hearing held in June 2021 in exchange for dismissal.
During the hearing, Dralin’s assistant district attorney stated that Dralin “was charged with statutory rape, misdemeanor grade,”However, “Based on the evidence we didn’t feel like we could prove the statutory rape but could prove making a false statement.”
The ADA also noted: “This is the first time Mr. Carswell has been in trouble. He is present today in court as his own representative. In that case, the recommendation was a pretrial divert.
“I spoke to the mother of the 15 year-old girl and she agreed with my recommendation that Mr. Carswell complete his pretrial status. Then, his case will be dismissed.
“The conditions are $100 administrative cost. He’s to consume no alcohol, controlled substances or intoxicants not prescribed by a physician. He’s to complete a certified addiction evaluation and complete any recommendations. Submit to drug and alcohol screens at his expense. Perform 20 hours of community service. He’s to have no contact with [the minor] and he’s to attend and complete the moral recognition class program through JAG probation.”
Dralin completed all his requirements successfully, and the case was dismissed on December 13, 2021.
FRESH START
Central Recorder exclusively revealed early in 2021 that Alana and Dralin – a college student – were dating.
Sources confirmed that Dralin attended Nashville’s technical school before the pandemic. However, she now resides in Georgia, near her sister Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon, 22. Shannon has custody over her youngest sister.
Last month, Pumpkin exclusively told Central Recorder: “Me and my husband love Darlin. He’s very respectful and treats Alana with the utmost respect. He is around us and our kids a bunch also and we love him for Alana.”
Despite the diamond ring the 16-year-old star has been sporting on that finger, Pumpkin clarified that it is not an engagement ring, but that it is actually a promise ring from Dralin.
Dralin, the mother of twins, added that he had given the ring for Alana. “probably last year, I’m not exactly sure the exact date.”
Dralin finally appeared on Mama June: Road to Redemption’s most recent episode, which aired June.
In the episode, Pumpkin invited Dralin to Alana’s 16th birthday party, which was filmed last year.
Almost as soon as he popped in for what clearly was a surprise, Alana scooped him off and hurried him outside for some alone time.
Josh would soon ruin the moment for the newly married couple, who was playing the protective father figure Alana has never had.
After a cordial introduction, including shaking of hands, Josh laid down the law.
“There are only a few things…” Josh began. Josh began.

Dralin was stunned and silenced, and could only do nothing but to shake his head in agreement. He was unable speak.
