LIZ Truss, Britain’s shortest serving premier, has accused the “deep state” of bringing her down for trying to cut taxes. As the ex-PM jets to the states to share a stage with Donald Trump, she echoed his favorite conspiracy theory and urged Americans to ditch Joe Biden.
