Lisa Brown, Soap Opera Actress, Dies at 67

Television Lisa Brown, an actress in soap operas, has died at the age 67 on November 24.

Brown is best known for her roles in the film “The Help”. Guiding LightAnd As the World Turns. On Guiding LightShe played Nola Reardon between 1980-1985. While working on the show, she also starred as Nola in the broadway version of 42nd Street. On As the World TurnsFrom 1985-1994, Iva Snyder was occupied by Brown.

She loved to entertain you, and her gratitude for all of your support was unmeasurable. We are devastated at the loss of an incredible woman.“

Brown is survived by son James “Buddy”Nielsen with her daughter Victoria, her first husband Tom Nielsen (ex Floyd, GL), her two grandchildren Penelope Ruiz Nielsen and Brayden Hooff, and her second husband Brian Neary.
