LEGOLAND is hiring “Master Model Builders” to play with bricks for £21,000-a-year – but the location might put you off.

Two assistant builders are needed to assist in the construction of LEGO displays at a site located in Birmingham (West Mids).

The best candidates for this special position will be chosen by a competition between building enthusiasts.

New assistants help with the creation of new designs as well.

Then, candidates are asked to send in a video showing them completing the building challenge.

Master Model Builder Michelle, Mini Master Model Builder Harry and the site’s General Manager Amy Langham will then decide who has built the best model and who will get the job.

  • LEGO passion, and the desire to create magic through LEGO.
  • A charismatic personality who is fun and outgoing
  • Good communication skills and the ability to confidently describe the build process.
  • Excellent with children and can communicate at their level
  • Generally creative, with a hobbyist mindset. Constantly looking for ways to make ideas come to life.
  • LEGO Brand Knowledge and the desire to spread your LEGO passion with others
  • You should be comfortable on camera for TV, social media, and other PR forms.
