Holmes is reported to have been in a relationship with Anna Zappia since the early 2000s
It’s a mystery to the public just how Anna Zappia and Mike Holmes came into each other’s lives, but we know that it was sometime in the early aughts. Holmes was just beginning to establish his HGTV empire at the time. His first show was, Holmes on Homes, The film was first produced in 2001, and it premiered in 2003. Some reports claim Zappia models, but not much else is known about Zappia’s personal life. Nevertheless, she’s undoubtedly a fixture in Holmes’ life.

His first marriage ended in divorce
Mike Holmes was just 19 when he married his first woman. Holmes was 19 when he married his first wife. Holmes had a construction company and 13 employees at the time. There’s some confusion about Holmes’ ex-wife’s name. It is widely believed that her name is Alexandra Lorex. However, some people believe she is Wendy Sheppard.
According to Do not be distracted, the couple’s marriage was strained by the recession in the early 1990s. Holmes had to disband his company and let go of 13 employees. Of course, his finances have since recovered, and he’s now one of the wealthiest HGTV stars to date. It seems that their divorce was a complete one.
