While reporters waited outside No. 10 to receive a formal resignation statement from Boris Johnson, one took the time to ask the feline about his wanderings around the front door.
“Have you asked him to resign, Larry?!”As the front door opened, one of them shouted. The cat briefly looked around but did not respond to the call.
