Kyle Rittenhouse Responds to the Verdict in FootageTucker Karlson Doc Footage

Kyle Rittenhouse has addressed the jury’s verdict declaring him not guilty in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Friday, telling the crew from “Tucker Carlson Originals”The correct decision was made by the 12-member panel.

“The jury reached the correct verdict,”Rittenhouse speaks while riding in his vehicle, after an off camera producer questions him about how he feels in a clip that Tucker Carlson shared on Twitter Friday night.

“Self-defense is not illegal,”Rittenhouse goes on. “And I believe they came to the correct verdict, and I’m glad that everything went well. And, it’s been a rough journey, but we made it through it. We made it through the hard part.”

On Friday night, in addition to the Carlson’s tweet which featured the new Rittenhouse footage, Fox News announced that the “Tucker Carlson Tonight”The host was able to get an exclusive interview. A portion of the interview will air on his show Monday, November 22.

More from Carlson’s interview with Rittenhouse will air as part of a “Tucker Carlson Originals”Documentary on Fox Nation December.

Carlson tweeted the video, which is almost two minutes long. Rittenhouse is shown lying on a sofa at one point, in front a computer at another and in a suit in a car, presumably heading to court later.

Rittenhouse is also filmed seemingly opening up about the incident in Kenosha, where he shot and killed two men — Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum — and injured a third during a police brutality protest.

“It’s the stuff that keeps you up at night,”Rittenhouse speaks in the clip. “Once you finally do get to sleep, your dreams are about what happened and you’re waking up in a dark, cold sweat.”

Producer asks him in the clip whether he “had dreams about what happened,”Rittenhouse’s response is “every single night.”
