Kem, a reality star has been accused by a bakery of breaching an agreement.

The claim was that he received a birthday gift and other freebies in return for exposure on social media, yet he did not post any information about the event.

The following is a list of MailOnlineKem, who became famous on Love Island season 3, visited Barcelona with friends in April to introduce his clothing line for Primark.

According to Mail, under an arrangement with the company which organised the trip the couple claimed they provided free Cava and cupcakes for the reality star and his guests.

The bakery owner said that this did not happen.

Aisling MacKin, 46, told MailOnline that she works with many people. Influencers This was a great business opportunity for me. In exchange for the social media coverage, I gave Kem a cake on his birthday and cupcakes to him and some of his friends.

“But I haven’t had any exposure. Kem and his pals posted about the trip and there’s even pictures of him with the cake we provided but no mention of us anywhere. Our tag @lacavacacakery isn’t in a single post, as we were promised, which is very disappointing.”

She added: “It’s not fair, I feel as if I’ve been led along and taken advantage of. If they didn’t want to give us any exposure, then they should have made that clear from the start and paid for the products.”

Kem stated in an email to MailOnline that he had no knowledge of any arrangement for him to blog about La Cava Cakery.

“I didn’t know that any arrangements had been made for the cake I received when I went to Barcelona with Primark in order to launch my new menswear line,” he said.

“I got a direct Instagram from the Bakery on Wednesday explaining their disappointment and have been assured by the third party provider, who organised this birthday celebration is in contact to pay for the wonderful cakes provided by them.”

Kem added: “I do not have any relationship with this third-party company and it was never my intention to allow them to handle my social media needs without my consent.”

Primark issued a press release stating: “Primark has paid an agency all costs and fees associated with this event including the fee for the cake. The fees we believed were owed to all suppliers including La Cava Cakery had already been paid.

“We’ve been reassured the third-party agency is currently in direct contact with La Cava Cakery to resolve this as a matter of priority.”

Kem’s “cake gate” comes as a result of an email exchange that was shared by a company representing Catherine Tyldesley, former Corrie actress.

The woman asked to be exposed in exchange for 100 cupcakes, a smaller 40th-birthday cake and an extra small birthday cake.

Since then, the actress has insisted that she “had no idea” about these emails being sent.

One company, which was organising the party to celebrate her 40th birthday, approached Rebecca Severs about a big order for two cakes.

Rebecca has shut down Leeds-based event planners NVRLND that claimed she will be paid in “the form of social media promotions” by “well-known The following are examples of celebrities:“.

The brief requested a cake with “pinks sparkles, and a hint of flamingos” for Catherine’s upcoming 40th birthday in September.

Catherine Pitfield asked for a second freebie and 100 cupcakes.

Rebecca, of Three Little, replied in a light-hearted way. Birds Bakery in Keighley, West Yorkshire, wrote back: “I’m so sorry to hear that your client has fallen on such hard times they can’t afford to pay small businesses their products.

“Unfortunately as my mortgage provider doesn’t take payment ‘in the form of promotion on their socials’, and my staff can’t feed their kids with exposure on Instagram, I’ll have to decline your very generous offer.”

Rebecca told her social media fans that they had “blown her away” with their support.

She added she was “so happy to see that so many other people agree that small business shouldn’t be taken advantage of!”

Victoria Eames of NVRLND defended her request to receive free cakes in a written statement.

She replied: “We have selected Three Littles.” Birds A bakery to work together with the aim of supporting a small business in order to help it grow.
