Kelly ClarksonBrandon Blackstock, his ex-husband, and a settlement have been reached in the home-ownership dispute over their Montana ranch.
According to court documents filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court Thursday and obtained by USA TODAY, a judge ruled in favor of Clarkson and Blackstock’s property agreement, which gives Blackstock a 5% share of their Warren Peak Ranch property.
