Katie, 44, posted a series of snaps of the designer track sliders, which she had listed for second-hand sale starting price of £250.

“Balenciaga white sliders, worn with a few marks as shown,”She explained the details in the description of her post. “No refunds or returns.”

The listing photos of shoes revealed significant dirt buildup in the soles of white shoes as well as the rubber soles.

She tried to pay some of the money owing, but the court case was not necessary.

Katie was declared bankrupt in 2019 and owes £3.2m to creditors including HMRC, her mortgage company and small businesses.

After a court hearing in December 2020, she had a plan to pay £12,000-a-month to creditors through an individual voluntary arrangement but failed to do so.

Last year she was hit with a repossession order on her West Sussex mansion after failing to pay a £500,000 debt.
