Kailyn Lowry started a weight-loss journey in 2013 after the birth her second child, Lincoln. Us Weekly.According to the outlet, Lowry joined CrossFit in 2015 and had lost some weight. Lowry’s progress over the years is no doubt admirable. However, she has also done other things along her fitness journey. According to CosmopolitanLowry had a complete mommy makeover in 2016. This included a Brazilian Butt Lift and neck liposuction. Lowry became pregnant with her third baby shortly after these procedures were completed.

Lowry, just a few months after the birth of her fourth child, Creed in September 2020, revealed that she had plans to lose 50 pounds by signing up for a gym. “I signed up at this gym that’s local to my area,”She said (via Life & Style). “It’s not CrossFit — but it’s sort of, like with the classes … It’s like CrossFit in that way.” Despite her determination, however, Lowry has also faced some challenges — like the one time she admitted to breaking down in tears during and after a workout session at the gym, per The U.S. Sun.

Lowry doesn’t seem to be backing down, and she is moving closer towards her goals. The reality star of the show was revealed on September 20, 2021. InTouch Weekly) that she had lost 12 pounds amid her weight-loss journey.
