Jenelle, 29, invited her fans to ask her questions on Tuesday evening in a tell-all question and answer session on her social media page.

One fan suggested that Jenelle was fabricating her rare spinal disorder diagnosis. The mom-of-3 was forced to respond.

“Why are you faking being ill?” the mystery fan asked Jenelle, to which the star immediately hit back on her Instagram stories: “I’m not.”

Going on to explain her diagnoses, which she received earlier this year, she wrote: “I have a cyst in my sephnoid sinus and a cyst in my spine.”

“Can’t fake that,” Jenelle simply concluded in her short but sharp response, alongside an emoji of a woman shrugging their shoulders.

Jenelle was left “in shock” and feeling “scared” after doctors found a fluid-filled cyst in her spine in March, diagnosing her with syringomyelia.

Syringomyelia, or the formation of a cyst inside the spinal cord can cause paralysis and pain.

Headaches, pain in the neck, arms, back, loss reflexes, muscle weakness and wasting are some of the symptoms.

Jenelle broke the news to fans on her Instagram Stories, saying she was “in shock” before elaborating on her condition in aYouTube vlog.

The mother-of-three said she’s been battling daily headaches and dealing with her neck “cracking 10 times a day.”

The Teen Mom alum had been having tests done for five months and not getting any answers, which she described as “really frustrating.”

She said of her daily health struggles: “I have neck pain every day and headaches every day and my neck cracks every day.

“I do my best. At 5 o’clock in the morning, my neck hurts so much that I have to tap out. I try to get up and feel happy, pretending that this isn’t a problem.

“I have head shaking too, it’s kind of embarrassing, it feels like a tremor. My hands are not that steady and my fingertips are numb most of the time.”

“It’s kind of scary. I feel like slowly I’m losing my ability in my hands and I really need that. I really need my hands!” She continued.

Jenelle – who is mom to Jace, 11, Kaiser, six, and Ensley, four – went on: “It really sucks. When I received my results, it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

“It’s just, like, your life is off course. I have my kids here and my work is online. A lot of things are going through my mind right now.”
