Teen Mom star Jade Cline has admitted being off birth control amid her baby plans with husband Sean Austin. In a revealing interview, Jade, 26, opened up about her plans for a second child. The Teen Mom OG star spoke to E! Online about wanting a sibling for her daughter, Kloie, six – who she shares with Sean. The couple planned “to have another baby before Kloie is too much older.” “I want them to be apart in age, but not super far apart,” she shared. “I’ve been off birth control for, like, three weeks. I ran out.” While juggling being a mother, wife, and salon owner, the MTV star realized she also needed to allow her hubby to “let him love me and let him turn me on.” Now with more free time for date nights, Jade also noticed an uptick in her sex drive. “I like when people do things for me to make my day easier,” she teased. “I’ll wake up, and he’s already been up at 6 a.m. He’s cleaned the whole house.” “I’m like, ‘It’s about to get nasty,'” Jade shared. The MTV mom’s interview took place five months after the couple got married.

The pair walked down the aisle in October 2023 while surrounded by family and friends. Many members of the Teen Mom cast – including Maci Bookout, 32, and Briana DeJesus, 29 – were in attendance at the special occasion. Husband/wife duo Zach Davis and Cheyenne Floyd, 31, uploaded several photos and videos on social media from the big day. Jade and Sean – who initially met in eighth grade – had their first dance as the bride and groom. The two had the ups and downs of their relationship documented on the show. The relationship became tumultuous due to Sean’s drug abuse issues, which led to their breakup. They rekindled their romance in 2021 after Sean decided to get sober and went into a stint in rehab for drug addiction. Their engagement played out during an installment of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter in 2022.

Although Jade now claimed to be off birth control, fans speculated the mom of one might have been secretly with child. Last year, the baby rumors sparked after the TV star spent months hiding her figure in snapshots. In November 2023, The 26-year-old star confronted the rumor mill during a Q&A session on Instagram. “Any more kids?” a follower asked. “Would love one more,” Jade replied with a red heart. “Are you pregnant?” another follower pressed. “Not currently. Lots of laughs. We want to wait to start trying till next year,” the TV personality responded.
