Last year’sI’m a Celebrity The show was launched in the middle of the second UK lockdown, with a staggering 10.9M viewers. It was at that time the most-watched TV program of the year, 600,000. more than the 2019 edition.
Last night’s show, which aired from 9pm-10.40pm, was well down in comparison, peaking with 9M and level with the StrengthResults on BBC1 based on Barb data provided by overnights.tv
However, it was the most-watched ITV program of the weekend.
The Ant and Dec-hosted ITV Studios format, which is being filmed in a castle in Wales again this year due to the pandemic, features breakfast TV host Richard Maddeley, former Strength Arlene Phillips is a judge and Naughty Boy is a rapper.
