This holiday is dedicated to the victory of a small group Jewish rebels over a large Greek army to defend their heritage.
Jewish people recall the victory of the rebels and the miracle of long-lasting oil. They light a menorah eight nights a week and eat fried food.
Being a Hanukkah-loving child, I have had my fair share of latkes. So, I was curious to see how celebrity chefs made the fried potato pancakes their own.
