It states: “If you are using Wi-Fi, minimize the number of solid objects between the access point’s antenna and the device suffering from low speeds, using line-of-sight.

Moving a device, or an antenna by even a fraction of an inch could allow it to bypass several solid objects. This can make a huge difference.

You might only need an inch to increase your speed.

Some items in your home are more draining on the router than others.

It’s important to keep metal away from your Wi Fi router.

Radio waves are electromagnetic and they emit from your router.

Metal can also absorb these signals and lower the power of Wi-Fi.
