She said: “My top tip is to apply blister plasters frequently.

Even if you are not dancing, try to keep your shoes on. Sores are caused by this.

You should take care of your health. On long training sessions, keep hydrated. Also take some snacks. Also, drink lots of caffeine. Me and Nikita were double expressos.

Ellie said, “It is so sad that it’s over for us.”

Ellie and Nikita Kuzmin, her professional partner in dance, finished tenth on Strictly a year ago.

“I can’t wait to see what this year brings,” said the woman.

I’m hoping Nikita will win.

Ellie was in the city earlier this summer and visited an iconic landmark. SHEBA Hope Reef in Indonesia where she took part in the world’s largest coral restoration programmeHOPE Grows.

The 28-year-old worked with the local community and Mars team learning and getting stuck in with the coral restoration process from building and coating reef stars to planting and tying them together underwater.

“It’s sparked my new passion for the ocean. I want to do something about conserving it.

“I’ve got such a platform to talk about it and show people how beautiful the ocean is and how many beautiful things are in it.”
