Linda, aka ‘lindafinance’TikTok has multiple videos that show how she has made a fortune in real property.
In Linda’s first year into real estate she had less then $500k in assets, but six years later, now has a whopping $17+ million in assets.
She said: “When you realise you started with a single family home at 21 years old and now you’re 27 with $17+ million in assets.”
Linda shared that she struggled for a while to quit her job to do this full-time, but that she persevered to the end.
Linda, only 27 years old, can afford a BMWi8 because of her business acumen.
How did Linda make her fortune?
She explained it in easy steps “Buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat.”
She said: “I invested my money into real estate.
“Bought a drop-shipping business.
“One on one mentorships.
“Made a lot of mistakes along the way.”

Linda shared that she is a certified yoga instructor. “over 180 units”She rents.
Linda offers three reasons why real life investors should invest.
She said: “It’s one of the safest investments with high returns.
“Allows you to make passive income.
“Real estate usually appreciates in value over time allowing you to build equity.”

“Don’t invest in anything you don’t know or fully understand.
“Invest in real estate for cash flow, appreciation and tax right offs.
“Always be willing to invest your money into systems, tools and people that work for you.”

She said: “Everyone’s progress and journey is different. I wouldn’t recommend comparing yourself to anyone.
“Stay focused on your personal goals.
“Don’t give up. Keep building.”
