Hugh Grant expertly tromps Andrea Jenkyns outside Downing St for a middle finger gesture

Hugh Grant, an actor, has made a mockery of Tory MP Andrea Jenkyns. The video was taken after Jenkyns made a rude gesture to protesters outside Downing Street.

Jenkyns is a loyal Boris Johnson supporter who was appointed to this role after a chaotic week at Westminister. Johnson, the Tory party leader, resigned on Thursday. Jenkyns was captured shouting at Downing Street crowd. “wait and see.”

The next day, she was back at Downing Street where she flipped her middle finger to the crowd. Since then, she has released a statement in which she claims that she has been threatened with death over the years and that Friday’s ‘baying mob got the better of her. “reached the end of her tether.”

She also added: “I should have shown more composure but am only human.”

However, in reaction to this Hugh Grant, who has voiced his opinions numerous times over the current political establishment decided to dig out an old tweet from Jenkyns that was aimed at him.

In August 2019, she wrote: “Wow, what a great example for your children to follow! Publicly swearing, and even talking about masturbation! #hero #not #ThrowingTeddiesOutOfThePram #BorisIsListeningToThePeople #BackBoris”

This was in response to Grant telling Johnson on Twitter: “You will not f**k with my children’s future. You will not take away the freedoms my grandfather died fighting in two world conflicts to defend. F**k off you over-promoted rubber bath toy. You and your little band of masturbatory prefects are revolting Britain.”

Grant seems to have not forgotten this, and he retweeted Jenkyns’s message from three decades on Saturday afternoon. He sarcastically told her: “Sorry. And congratulations on your new appointment. You seem great!”

Grant is not the only one who has trotted the Tories this week. It was revealed on Thursday that Grant was behind anti-Brexit and antiTory activist Steve Bray’s constant playing of the Benny Hill theme song in Westminster, even when Johnson was giving his resignation speech.
