This album is a sequel to his previous release Divinely Uninspired To a Hellish Extent. Referring to Stereo Board Lewis acknowledged that he didn’t want to create a different sound for himself, but he wanted the same feeling, which is love and loss to be reflected in all of his songs.

Lewis said that recording this album was an easy process because he was able to work with everyone he knew.
