  • Bake: Mumford prefers to bake his baked chicken on a baking sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 mins.
  • Shallow fry The “shallow fry”The method involves grilling the chicken in an oven-proof skillet. The skillet should be large enough to hold the chicken’s first half, but not too much to submerge the rest. For shallow fry of breaded chicken, heat oil on medium heat until it shimmers, then cook each side for four minutes.
  • Deep-fried fish Deep-frying, as the name implies, involves filling a pan or skillet with enough oil so that the chicken is fully covered. Then, place the chicken in the hot oil bath to finish cooking. Fry the chicken for 5-10 minutes in oil heated to 350F.
  • Air fry: Air cookingwill create a crispy texture using much less oil than deep or shallow frying. It takes just a thin coating of spray oil. Mumford recommends that you cook the chicken for 12 minutes in order to get the perfect crunch.
