During the press tour for the four movies, “The Hunger Games”It was clear that Jennifer Lawrence & Josh Hutcherson were great friends. It could have ended badly if Lawrence had a bad experience while filming the first movie. Interview with YahooHutcherson, a decade after the original premiere, shared a poignant, but still painful, incident on the set of “The Hunger Games.”
“She was being a real show-off, thinking that she was Jackie Chan or something,”Hutcherson was recalled. “[She was] throwing these air kicks and was like, ‘Josh, I can kick over your head!’ And then crack! She clipped me in the temple. … I don’t really remember, because I got knocked out.”
Hutcherson recalls Lawrence crying and feeling awful about her co-star being knocked out when he first came to. Hutcherson did not feel any bitterness for Lawrence and the accident. Perhaps they shared a laugh over the fact that both of them had to dye their hair for their roles (via E! News).
