The petition was found on Change.org and calls for the duo to be removed from British television.
After being accused of not waiting for the Queen Lying in Stat before her funeral on Monday, Holly Willoughby (and Philip Schofield) have come under fire.
The petition has 75,000 signatures and is rapidly moving towards its goal.
Despite the fact that thousands of Brits have called for their removal from This Morning, a source claimed “Holly will not quit. She has been devastated by all the negative reaction after she turned up to work at Westminster Hall with Phil on Friday, but she’s not going to resign.”

Following their decision to poke at Her Majesty’s state queue lying, Phil and Holly were rebuffed by the comedy network.
Paul Merton joked: “She is wearing a mask because clearly, she is allergic to Phillip Schofield.”
Host Richard Ayoade explained: “This is the national scandal over the queue for the Lying-in-State. It’s the biggest thing that’s happened.

Holly Willoughby will continue her role with Marks and Spencers
Following the dispute between Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Marks and Spencers will continue to feature Holly Willoughby as their face. “queue-jumping” during the Queen’s Lying-in-State.
She won’t be quitting her position on This Morning, or her role with Marks and Sparks.
An M&S spokesman confirmed to Central Recorder: “I can confirm we have extended our current contract with Holly, and we will continue to work with her.”

A North East takeaway made a joke about Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield skipping the queue during the Queen’s Lying-in-State.
Many have however referred to it as “tasteless”.
Yahoo! News reports from Yahoo!Stockton-based Moja Indian takeaway posted a joke about the This Morning presenters on their social media account on Friday morning – by photoshopping Phil and Holly on to the background of the shop – with the caption “Apologies to everyone who is waiting on their order – we’ve just had Phil and Holly come in and order a meal #VIPTreatment.”
Many people however suggested that the joke was. “tasteless”According to one user on social media, “It’s all getting very boring and irrelevant now, while another added: “What happened to being kind? Give it a rest.”
Holly & Phill ‘should not be hounded’ queue jump narrative ‘boring’
After growing tired of constant criticism from the duo, fans have come forward to defend the This Morning presenters.
One tweeted:”No one deserves to lose their jobs or be mercilessly hounded in the media for what looks remarkably like jumping a very sensitive and respectful queue of people paying respects to our late monarch but…. when you’re in a hole…FFS, stop digging!”
Another yawned “It’s done with. It’s all very boring now. Getting very tired of toxic, and hatred by the MSM, and Twitter.”

“They did not jump the queue, have VIP access or file past the Queen lying in state – but instead were there in a professional capacity as part of the world’s media to report on the event.”

Christine Hamilton’s tweet that said: “Can you please clarify – ‘they did not file past the Queen lying in State’. They didn’t file past Westminster Hall.
“They did not file past the coffin of #HMQueen So that photo was taken elsewhere? We just want to know the truth. Please clarify.”
