An adorable video has surfaced online of an attention-seeking Doberman begging for attention from their golden retriever pal, who doesn’t oblige.
The adorable clip first appeared on TikTok. It has since been shared widely across social media.
The clip was posted by Sarahsalughters, a US-based photographer. It shows a golden retriever looking content while it lies down on the ground.
Then, a Doberman puppy comes along and starts to pace in the space of the other dogs.
After stepping over the larger dog several times, the pup settles down in the little spoon posture.
Unmoved, however, the larger dog reacts by staring in disbelief at the smaller dog.
The final straw comes as the Doberman fully stretches out, launching its head back into the other dog’s personal space, wrecking his comfort.
Millions have people have seen the video since it was shared, with one viewer writing: “Well, this looks like a comfy place to stretch out….now just to figure out how to lie on down.”
Another said: “Someone wants attention.”
“When bae feels like cuddling but you’re not in the mood for it,” added another.
It was also shared on Instagolden, a popular Instagram account that has nearly 40,000 followers.
One woman reacted to the post shared on September 9, saying: “This rug is very plush and warm.”

“Soooo precious! ….and what patience the Golden has!” Another person commented that the Retriever was so gentle despite its annoying aura.
In another video, a Rottweiler grumpy shunned a golden retriever.
The puppy Sully is trying to grab the attention of the larger dog, who is enjoying a relaxing time in a park.
Sully’s owner Erin told Central Recorder: “He has a 120-pound big brother so he loves big dogs.
“The Rottweiler is essentially the ‘alpha’ of the dog park and is one of the biggest dogs there and, for some reason, Sully wants to try and be his friend so badly.”
