General Hospital (GH), spoilers, updates and news for Monday, August 29, tease Cody Bell(Josh Kelly), who will confront BrittWestbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), while Spencer Cassadine will experience a blackout (Nicholas Chavez). Also, Ava Cassadine’s (Maura West) in trouble and could bleed out.
General Hospital Spoilers – Cody Bell’s Confrontation
Still at the Quartermaine picnic for charity, Cody and Britt are arguing away, after Britt told Cody in no uncertain terms she didn’t want to talk about either her father or her brother. Britt refused to talk about Cesar (Anders Hove) first. Peter August (Wes Ramsey) who she didn’tBoth of them are topics that Britt would like to discuss. Britt is not wrong to be unable to discuss either of them. Both men were evil in her family.
Although sparks between Cody, Britt and Britt may not be the right kind of thing to create a relationship on fire and ice, passion is a strong part of a relationship. Exasperated by Britt’s arguments and excuses against a relationship, Cody wonders what is so terrible about them getting into each other.
GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn’s Plea
Hamilton Finn, (Michael Easton) who made a major faux pas once again by calling Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) sister, pleads for someone not to shut him out. However, he is not likely talking to Elizabeth, who stomped out of the Quartermaine stables telling him he wasn’t her anything, although he didn’t try to follow her. But he may be trying to help Spencer Cassadine, an extremely drunk Spencer Cassadine. (Nicholas Chavez). At some point, Finn will reach out to Spencer and try to give him some advice and it’s possible Spencer may head for the stables and he encounters him there.
General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Opens Up
A dazed Elizabeth finally opens up, but it won’t be to Finn, it will be to her years-long close friend Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). After another flashback, she emerged in the woods with blood on both her forehead. She was on top of the stairs again, telling the same woman to keep away from her father. But this time, she threatened the woman.
Elizabeth is still in a daze while she tells Nikolas (apparently Nikolas) that it happened again. It is possible that Nikolas was someone Elizabeth confided in regarding the incident, and perhaps flashbacks.
GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine’s Blackout
Victor Cassadine, Charles Shaughnessy, has caught Spencer and asked him what he remembers about the past hours. After learning the truth about Nikolas having slept with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) Spencer chugged one beer after another. Nikolas tried to stop him but he fled from Victor, witnessing the exchange. A broken Spencer obviously spent several hours trying to numb his pain with alcohol, and now has a hangover from hell and no memory of the night’s events.
General Hospital Spoilers – Taking Out The Trash?
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have a fraught exchange, Josslyn telling Nina she’s capable of throwing her out herself. Josslyn talks to Nina like she’s getting ready to take out the trash, and makes it plain she’s not welcome at the Quartermaine picnic even though she saved the day. Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) shipment of desserts for the picnic had arrived at the Metro Court instead, and Nina brought them over in her own car.
Josslyn will become a hero for Ava later when she finds her in trouble. Someone chased Ava with a hook, and then stabbed her with it. She left her there on the Quartermaine deck to die.
GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Is Evasive
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), quizzes her old friend Sonny Corinthos. Anna may be asking Sonny about his relationship with Nina, since he’s not in any trouble with the WSB. Sonny tells Anna that he can neither confirm or deny anything, wanting to obviously keep whatever she’s asking about to himself. Sonny and Anna go back many years, so he’s not going to pull any punches with her about whatever it is.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Cassadine’s In Trouble
Ava’s in trouble on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse, after someone came up behind her and stabbed her in the stomach with some kind of meat hook. She’s terrified as she cries out to someone not to leave her, and that is likely Josslyn as she discovers her lying there. Josslyn may need to take some comfort as the experience promises to be difficult for her.
Soon the news will spread about an attempted murder at the picnic. There won’t be many who won’t be questioned.
