General Hospital (GH), according to spoilers, suggests that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), could be the stalker of Anna Devane Finola Hughes.
The ex-superspy, who he is in love with, has been his girlfriend for years.
Still, fans can’t help but think Someone is putting Mr. Cassadine on the rack. But what if Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) father was or is brainwashing his son to believe that?

GH spoilers indicate that Victor may have brainwashed Valentin while he was alive.
The Cassadine patriarch may have been secretly doing the same with his son. After all, he was able to successfully use keywords to trigger Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison), into obeying orders.
Victor, who fled to Greenland along with his abducted kidnappers, may have known that this trip would likely be his last.
Mr. Cassadine was quite methodical in his will, and leaking Anna’s double-agent status happened almost immediately after his final testament was read.
Fans will remember that Valentin received a rare Greek antiquity as a gift from his father. Could there be a weird (quiet) sound that is offering brainwashing instructions, so that Valentin unconsciously follows Victor’s orders, from beyond the grave?

As fans continue to wonder who’s behind Pikeman and what this has to do with Anna and Valentin, perhaps Victor was originally behind the organization, only to pass things to someone else when he died.
Pikeman could be aiming not just at Anna, but also Sonny Corinthos.
Valentin’s intent to harm Anna or Sonny seems highly unlikely. After all, he’s worked so hard on his road to redemption and has not only won Devane’s heart, but Sonny’s respect, not to mention Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) trust, and others, as well.
If Valentin is the culprit, then it is only logical to conclude that Valentin has been manipulated.
