Disguised Yellow Crab Spider

The image shows a close-up look at a bright yellow flower in full blossom.

At first glance, the bud of the spring flower appears to only consist of petals.

However, those with eagle eyes may spot a bug disguised against the flower in this brainteaser.

A yellow crab spider can barely be seen perched on top of the bright petals.

Crab spiders, also known as Thomisidae, can be found throughout the Northeastern United States.

The species gained its name due to its crab-like legs and tendency to move sideways.

While they don’t spin webs, crab spiders are known to ambush their prey on top of flowers.

This technique has resulted in the spider species being nicknamed flower spiders.

If you peel your eyes, you may be able to separate the spider from the flower.

So set your timer and see if you can beat the clock to locate the creature.

Everyone can see elephants playing at the swimming pool but only those with 20-20 vision can spot the spoon in 12 secs

If you locate the spider in less than five seconds, you have the eyes of a hawk.

For anyone struggling to spot the spider, we recommend focusing your attention on the center of the image, particularly the underside of the petals.

Lurking in plain sight, the crab spider can be seen with its legs positioned alongside the petals at the forefront of the image.

Challenge: Find the Leaf-Tailed Gecko

If you’re looking to challenge yourself further, try to find the gecko on this tree branch.

The lizard’s scaly body blends easily against the moss-covered bark of the tree.

However, its signature bulging eyes may be a giveaway if you’re able to spot them.

As hinted by its name, the leaf-tailed gecko is an expert at camouflaging itself in trees.

While the lizard may blend seamlessly with the mossy tree, those with exceptional vision will be able to see the animal.

If you look closely, you may be able to spot the reptile clinging to the underside of the branch.

And if you’re looking to try your hand at even more puzzling images, we have plenty to offer.
