Exclusive: Prince Harry’s US Visa Exposed – Could False Information Lead to Deportation?

Prince Harry’s US Visa Docs in Trouble: Will He Get Deported Over Lies?

The political insider leading the fight to expose Prince Harry’s US visa docs says the duke should be kicked out of the US if he lied. Harry is fighting to stop the release of his immigration papers after concerns were raised over his visa application.

The Battle for Prince Harry’s Immigration Papers

Right-wing group the Heritage Foundation is suing the US government for access to the paperwork. Heritage argues that Harry’s admission in his memoir Spare that he took cocaine should disqualify him from immigrating to the US. The foundation said that Harry must have lied in his immigration forms – or was given special treatment.

The Consequences of Lying on US Immigration Application

But lawyers for the US government said Harry could have made up his cocaine bombshell to “sell books”. Heritage campaigner Nile Gardiner told Central Recorder’s new politics show Never Mind the Ballots that Harry must “face the consequences”. He said: “Without a doubt, if you lie on a US immigration application, it’s a criminal offence, a very serious offence.”

Donald Trump’s Warning on Harry’s Fate

In a GB News interview with Nigel Farage, former US President Trump said Harry “won’t get special privileges” if he is re-elected. Trump said: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs.”

Harry’s Potential Deportation

The ex-president previously said Harry “will be on his own” if he wins a second term in the White House. Trump said that Harry “betrayed the Queen” and that President Joe Biden had been “too gracious” with the prince. He told the Conservative Political Action Conference: “I wouldn’t protect him. Harry betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me.”

The Importance of Truth on Immigration Applications

Gardiner told Central Recorder’s Political Editor Harry Cole: “It’s a very basic principle here. People must not lie on immigration applications – that’s a criminal offence. Those individuals have to face the consequences which can of course include deportation and removal from the country.”

The Shift in Harry’s Residency

It comes after Harry finally cut ties with Britain – after listing his California mansion as his primary residence. The prince put “New Country/State Usually Resident” as America on Companies House filings in June last year. Harry had previously listed the UK as his primary home – even after moving into his $14million California mansion. Central Recorder revealed Harry backdated his US residency to the exact day he and Meghan were ousted from their UK base.
