Exclusive: Meghan Markle’s Podcast Faces Unexpected Setback – Find Out Why!

Meghan Markle’s Podcast Launch Faces Delay Due to Netflix Series

Meghan Markle’s Podcast Postponed to 2025

Meghan Markle’s upcoming podcast may face a delay. According to a report by the Daily Mail, royal expert Richard Eden claimed that the launch of Markle’s podcast has been postponed to 2025. The reason behind the delay is the concern that Markle’s new podcast network, Lemonada, did not want its launch to be overshadowed by the release of her upcoming Netflix series.

Meghan Markle Partners with Lemonada Media for New Podcast Deal

Markle announced in February that she had partnered with Lemonada Media for a new podcast deal. In a statement released at the time, Markle expressed her excitement about joining the “brilliant team” and continuing her love for podcasting in her new role. The Duchess of Sussex mentioned the plan to re-release Archetypes and launch a new podcast as part of the partnership with Lemonada.

Lemonada Concerned About Scheduling Conflicts

While details about Markle’s upcoming show were not disclosed initially, Eden’s report in the Daily Mail mentioned that Lemonada is now concerned about potential scheduling conflicts. This comes after Spotify terminated Markle’s “Archetypes” podcast in June 2023, leading her to develop more content for the Archetypes audience on another platform.

Meghan Markle’s Podcast to Focus on Philanthropy

As part of the Lemonada Media deal, Meghan’s new show will be featured alongside the “Archetypes” podcast. According to a source from Us Weekly, Markle intends to focus on philanthropic content and avoid making the podcast celebrity-driven. She aims to include academic and thought-provoking discussions with occasional celebrity guests.

Meghan Markle’s New Lifestyle Brand – American Riviera Orchard

In addition to her podcast venture, Markle recently launched a new lifestyle brand called American Riviera Orchard on March 14. The brand’s website and Instagram page are now live, but details about the products and offerings are limited. Markle has also filed trademarks under the American Riviera Orchard brand name to sell items like cutlery, cookbooks, and jarred foods.
