Anthony Bar, the executive chef of Chateau Rosabelle in Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa,” hails from northern France, following in the footsteps of his chef father. Known as a “nomad chef,” Anthony has traveled extensively throughout his career, honing his culinary skills.
A Culinary Journey Across Borders
After attending Michel Servet culinary school, Anthony worked as the Executive Sous Chef at Hotel de la Treille in Lille before making his mark in the U.S. as the Executive Chef at La Maison in Houston. He later became a Chef/Partner at Faubourg in Sierra Madre and an Executive Chef at Callaway Winery in Temecula. Returning to France for “Vanderpump Villa,” Anthony now collaborates with sous chef Caroline Bayer.
