The series is written by one of the creators of Superstore and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It tells the story Timmy Yoon (Randall Park), a man who dreams of living in an analog world but is shocked to discover that he is now the manager at the last Blockbuster store.
Hoping to keep his employees, including long-time crush Eliza (Melissa Fumero), in work, Timmy and the gang must fight to stay relevant and focus on offering something that big corporations can’t: human connection.
