Drake poses in Virgil Abloh’s Off-Road Maybach in Sticky music video

Drake just released a new song VideoHis track Sticky features a reference to designer Virgil Abloh who died in 2021.

It’s the seventh song on his new dance-style album Honestly, Nevermind which was released in June and features 21 Savage.

The rapper’s seventh studio album was a surprise release, coming just nine months his 2021 album Certified Lover Boy.

Seven weeks after the album arrived, Drake has released a music video for Sticky this week (April 3rd) and the car he posed in has caught everyone’s attention.

The video has received over 1.2million views on YouTube. It features a Maybach Off-Roader that is a tribute and celebration of the well-loved fashion designer.

Drake poses with Virgil’s Maybach

The video opens with Drake at a show before he leaves for an airport. He then sits on a chair and sings in other locations.

Then, just over half way through, he poses with Virgil Abloh’s Maybach as he sings the line about the Off-White founder.

Drake teased Drake’s car on Instagram Monday. He posted an image of the vehicle with the caption and cover: “Sticky directed by Theo Skudra out now.”

He tagged Virgil on the photo. His Instagram account is still active after his death last year.
