Narcissa’s certainly not a great person, that much is certain — but other Redditors insisted that Lucius is definitely the worse of the two, bringing up some of his darkest acts. As u/DishMurky put it, “More than Narcissa i am actually more annoyed that Lucius got free, he objectvely did way worse than Narcissa being Voldemort right hand man at some point.” It’s true; Lucius is Voldemort’s lieutenant and he commits horrible crimes under Voldemort’s orders.
Lucius was also brought up by u/hoginlly, who reminded everyone of the torture he inflicted on a group of Muggles at the Quidditch World Cup. “He lead the torture of muggles during the Quidditch World Cup.” Voldemort didn’t exist, it was just him. Lucius should’ve been allowed to die in Azkaban.” This is also correct as Voldemort still has not returned to power at the time when Lucius, along with other Death Eaters, hunt Muggles. Other Redditors note that Lucius also slipped a dangerous, enchanted diary — that, as a Horcrux, contained a part of Voldemort’s soul — to a young and impressionable girl and perhaps tries to murder Harry after the young wizard frees the Malfoy family house elf. The Malfoys have a bad reputation and both should probably be in jail.
