Koss pleaded guilty and revealed that he killed Williams after driving an SUV into Williams’ motorcycle. Williams suffered critical injuries and was taken to the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, where he was pronounced dead. On Friday, Koss pleaded guilty in a court in Vermont. He was given a deferred sentence of one year, having his license revoked, and being asked to participate in a community restorative justice program.
