FANS of Coca-Cola’s legendary Christmas truck tour may be disappointed this year as the festive parade around the country may face big changes amid fourth lockdown fears.
Although the iconic car is expected to return to the UK’s roads for the second time in two years, its bosses are cautious about their plans.

Although there are no restrictions to Coca-Cola Christmas as it stands now, the iconic drink brand insists that it will be planning ahead.
Their new strategy involves holding off on the dates of the truck tours until they are more certain that they can proceed.
A source inside the organization spoke with the Central Recorder: “The team behind the amazing truck tour understand that everyone is really keen the truck comes to their town because people love it.
“But it has been an unprecedented year and because of this, things will be a little bit different. There won’t be a long list of dates announced at once.
“Locations are still being finalised and will be announced region by region when they are confirmed and people will still have enough time to plan their visit.”

The soft drinks giant does not want to be subject to changes in government guidelines, which could force them to cancel the tour or disappoint fans.
The insider said: “Coca-Cola want to be able to give everyone that Christmas magic.
“This Christmas is more important than any other year and they don’t want people to feel let down so we need to make sure everything is right.”
