THIS is the chilling moment Libby Squire’s killer laughed when he was arrested for her rape and murder.
After brutally beating Twisted Pawel Relowicz, a Hull University student, Twisted Pawel Relowicz dumped her body in the River Hull.
Libby, who was returning from a party with friends, vanished. CCTV captured her getting into the car of a Polish butcher.
Her body was later found in the Humber Estuary with Polish Relowicz, 26, ultimately convicted of raping and murdering the 21-year-old student – jailed for life and must serve a minimum of 27 years.
He never showed any remorse for his crime and, now, a sickening video shows him smiling and laughing at the time he was taken into custody.
It comes as Libby’s mum Lisa is in the process of arranging a meeting with Relowicz.
Sky News interviewed her: “A lot of people don’t understand this – I don’t hate him,”She spoke to Sky News.
“I am not mad at him. He just needs information.
“I don’t want to forgive him. “I don’t want to understand the reasons he did this.
“For me, it’s very much about finding out how she was in those last 20 minutes of her life.”
The meeting date is not yet set.
Ms. Squire said, “It’s very important for me to know how she died. That is what I need.
“Will you believe him if I tell you? I don’t know.
“There are lots of questions I want to ask.”
After losing her keys, falling several times and getting shivered by the roadside, Sick Relowicz witnessed Libby weeping.
She was agitated and the Good Samaritans attempted to help her, but she refused to cooperate. They left her on the street.
Relowicz begged the young woman to take her to her mother, but the cruel killer drove her to an isolated park where he raped her and then killed her.
Relowicz, a butcher for a meat manufacturer, dumped her corpse in the River Hull
Six weeks later, she was discovered in Humber Estuary by a fishing vessel. A necklace made of gold bearing the letter L’ was still around her neck.
