Charlie Puth spoke out recently about his friendship with Elton John. The iconic singer was called Charlie Puth “brutally honest.”
The duet was recorded by the pair on John’s album 2021. “The Lockdown Sessions,”Puth claimed that John used some harsh words about his discography.
“He was like, ‘Those songs you put out in 2019 were not good,'”Puth said Audacy. “And I was like, ‘I agree with you. They were not good. I was working with too many people and I was losing myself.'”
Puth has released his second album “Voicenotes”Three singles were followed in 2018 and 2019, respectively: “I Warned Myself,” “Mother,”And “Cheating On You.”
These songs were however not available for purchase. He had originally intended to release his third album.The movie was due to be released in 2020. Last June, Puth spoke to his fansHe decided to pause, then recalibrate.
