SAM Asghari, a former partner of Britney Spears’s is said to be demanding an enormous payout from her despite their prenuptial contract.
According to reports, after the divorce filing on Wednesday by the 41 year old woman, the actor has threatened her with revealing “deep dark secrets”.

Sam, 29 years old, listed “irreconcilable disagreements” in his divorce filing and the separation date was July 28, 20,23. TMZ.
According to the outlet, he is seeking legal fees and spousal maintenance.
Sam is also rumored to be considering a prenuptial agreement with Britney.
The singer, though, has aligned her with an all-star team of lawyers. Variety.
Britney is listed in the document as having separate assets and not married assets.
In his recent divorce petition, however, it states that:[Sam] “Has yet to fully determine the nature, extent and separate assets and liabilities of each party.”
The statement also states: “There is a variety of assets and liabilities of the community or quasi-community, whose full extent and nature are not known to us.” [Sam] At this moment, please.”

Sources told The Outlet that Sam was “trying to negotiate concessions above his prenup, and is threatening to make public extraordinarily embarrassing details about Britney until he receives payment.”
Then they added, “So this is what Sam’s focus is.”
The amount the Family Business star is asking for or whether his prenuptial agreement allows negative disclosures has not been revealed.
Page Six quoted a separate source as saying that Britney’s “team” has “protected ” her, and the “parting of ways will be respectful.”
This same source also said, “It would never be possible and is just blackmail.”

Sam and Britney had signed a Prenup prior to their marriage.
The music video performer confirmed that he and his then bride-to-be were signing “an iron-clad prenup” in September 2021 – shortly after they got engaged.
