That grown man shouldn’t be reported as missing person he has stolen his fiance van he murdered her those two are different charger which is theft grand auto and murder oh he ran? He’s a fugitive! His parents needa be charge for holding and lying for one……

Agree that he is now a fugitive. What about when he got hitchhiking and the couple pick him up and mention of where they r going to stop at the area and he freak out, then he got out of the car. So don’t u think he had anything to do with her missing. I would say yes and sure. He shouldn’t be let go in the first place. Now he is hiding or on the run.

He’s a fugitive his story’s not adding up he was hitchhiking and told the couple his girlfriend was back at the van updating they social media why you not with her then you drove her van back home without her didn’t call the cops and report her missing or nothing who does that? Now you running from the police guilt trip should be sinking in his parents they lying he came home with her van but they say they haven’t seen him since he left nice try they should get charged for harboring a fugitive

The moment he left the women he wanted to marry, alone so far from home , remind u after being seen slapping her, he made it home when Sept 10th? If he killed her on the 27-30th how could he sleep at night or even make that drive home in the vehicle that’s in her name?? He knows what he did and he sent that text to her parents that’s why he would not respond to the cops or Gabbys parents , and his parents should be so ashamed they knew what he did that’s why they got his killer ass a lawyer!!! I know the law says “innocent until proven guilty” but I’m sorry, an innocent man doesn’t refuse to speak to law enforcement when his fiance (who he’s not been seen with in a couple weeks) is missing. An innocent man doesn’t show up at mommy and Daddy’s place without her and not know where she is. An innocent man doesn’t hire an attorney. An innocent man doesn’t go into hiding.
I hope he hasn’t committed suicide, and I hope they don’t give him the death penalty. I would want him to suffer, even MORE than poor Gabby did.
And his parents are pieces of trash too. Sure I get it, he’s their son. But that only means that they of all people should know how Gabbys parents must have felt before her body turned up.
I know it’s easy to say because I’m not in that position but if it were my son – be a man and accept the responsibility for your actions.

If I try to play devils advocate and come up with reasons to protect my mentally challenged son from cops and media I can only come up with the parents of Brian are mentally challenged also. No sane parents protect their son, mentally challenged or not, this long and to such degree. They supposedly cared about Gabby?. Justice will never be served completely in this case if his parents go free from charges. I hope they forever have protests outside their home as a daily reminder in their criminal involvement not to mention the lack of moral responsibility they had in sharing what they knew to Gabby parents. I totally agree with you all. ive thought and talked about the same thing. It makes me mad i hope they find him a live so he can be proven guilty. so he can suffer behind bars,instead of if they find him dead,proof that he took his own life for an easy way out. Every time there is an update on Gabby it makes me sad. I pray for her family as they mourn her death. I also pray that they will find Brian and he will have to pay dearly for what he did to her . REST IN PEACE GABBY.

Christa you need to watch the entire body cam footage. She admitted to the cops that she was smacking on him. He had the ONLY defensive wounds between them. She had no marks on her. Witnesses at the convenience store confirmed that she was the aggressor and that all he did was push her off of him and locked her out of the van to give her time to calm down. The cops were actually going to charge her NOT HIM! Then decided to just let them off with a night apart from one another. Now did his actions after that point become suspicious, weird, etc absolutely. Did his leaving her and hightailing it home in her van and lawyering up & refusing to speak to anyone seem odd and down right sleezy YES! His disappearing act again makes him look even more guilty for sure 100%…But if you are going to comment at least read the many many articles written about all of this and watch the video footage before commenting so you don’t come across as ignorant.

I e been following this story since day one. What I can’t understand is why the cops let him go when they had a call from someone had seen him slapping her to the dispatcher. The officers pull him over if you watch the video he’s laughing throughout the whole questioning with the cops while she is devastated at crying. He is a sick individual God forgive me I hope he rots and how I have a 32-year-old daughter and I can’t imagine being in her family’s position.. I’m like the other comment why is he still a person of interest. I’ve heard rumors I don’t know if it’s true that he flew back to Florida to help his dad get something out of the mini storage I don’t know if that’s true or not but why did he do that I believe his parents are involved somehow someway. I totally agree with above message. He flies from Utah to help his father move something in or out of storage according to a doctor/therapist that was commenting online. Something very strange about this entire case. They killed him self maybe an alligator ate him. If one of the dogs run up to the alligator – I guess it could be a possibility.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Brian’s family snuck him out the country. Brian’s family is helping hide him. Prayers for Gabby family. I cant imagine the hurt they are feeling.

We will find out when she died and I hope she wasn’t still alive out there alone. If that is true she could have been saved if he told them where to look. Chances are, he already knew she was dead and knew it was not a time sensitive situation to save her life. She is a beautiful girl that had so much life to live. People argue in close quarters like that and may break up but murder is a horrifying act committed by a sociopath. He should have broken up with her and let her life her life or taken his own if he was so unhappy. He took that choice from her and her family. What if, Brian had her dead body in the Van when he went home? Then the parents freaked out and argued with him.to get rid of her body so he took her body back to Teton and dumped her body so she could be found? I think it’s odd that so many days are unaccounted for.

According to John Walsh he thinks laundries had 9 days to hide. He is not in the reserve. He thinks he went to panhandle, Alabama and ,Texas and made it to Mexico. He fraudulently took 1,000 out of a debit card and there is a federal warrant out for his arrest. They will find him and he will get the death penalty in Wyoming. His parents who are helping him will be charged as accessories.

I read something about a text message sent to gabby mom that said something about “can you help Stan” which I read is her grandfather… but the name Stan also means a psycho stalker fan.. it’s social media slang, from Eminem’s song “Stan” I mean it sounds far fetched but they were very much active on social media … just sayin.

I believe Gabbi is heaven material. The soul remains after the body dies. The question becomes : “where is the soul going after the “sleeve” it inhabited dies?” I think there might be some type of waiting room where it awaits judgment. Then heaven or hell. Many Christians believe hell is simply the state of non existence – one ceases to be or hàve consciousness. Others believe it is a place of perpetual misery and suffering. So what you have contributed in your life – or negated – is weighed and measured. I think it’s different for everybody, heaven that is. Thank goodness Jesus paid the ransom in his murder and we get cut a boatload of slack. I think repentance is key, especially if you were selfish or unkind during your earthly life. Repentance makes up for the bad stuff – any transgression from the ten commandments had to be stopped. Gabbi is in a better, beautiful place where every tear is wiped away.
