A 3-year-old toddler in Australia stunned the law authorities, surviving nearly three days and nights alone in the forest. 

 

September will surely be one of the most remarkable months for the Elfalak family as their little son, suffering from autism, miraculously managed to survive alone in a forest in Australia for three days.

Every parent tries to offer the best facilities and care to their child. However, dealing with a child with rare conditions like autism is never easy.

Recently, a piece of news that popped out to the news mills shocked everyone. The news revealed that a couple in Sydney has lost their child diagnosed with autism.

Reportedly, the couple, Kelly and Anthony Elfalak, reside in Putty around New South Wales. Back last week, the parents reached out to the law authorities when they noticed their non-verbal son was missing.

Anthony “AJ” Elfalak was wearing nappy pants and a t-shirt as reported by his parents. He was last spotted at his family’s cottage about 140 km from Sydney.

On the reports from the couple, the authorities instantly launched a search mission, looking for the kid. They ensured to keep the emergency services handy as the child was diagnosed with autism and may need instant medical help.

After a long, tiring search operation, the police and rescue forces were shocked when they spotted the boy through a helicopter. He was simply sipping water from a creek.

 

The authorities quickly rescued the boy. As per reports, Anthony had a few cuts, bites, and scrapes on his body. However, he was in good condition, though he spent almost three days and nights in the Australian forests.

The law authorities posted a video revealing the moment when the boy was spotted in the jungle. The clip went viral and garnered thousands of views. The netizens were happy that the parents got back their beloved son.

The NSW Police Force shared about the incident on their Twitter handle, quoting, “Missing three-year-boy Anthony ‘AJ’ Elfalak has been finally located a short time ago. He is yet to be assessed by NSW Ambulance paramedics. more information to come soon.”

The toddler’s father was extremely excited after getting back his son. He exclaimed in joy, saying, “It’s a miracle. He is just clinging to mum. As soon as he heard his mother, he opened his eyes and looked at her and immediately fell asleep.
