Bill has been alone for a while. It was suspected for a bit that Bill and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) might get together. However, that possibility soon evaporated. Then, Bill was at Il Giardino’s when he spotted Poppy. Although it had been two decades since their first and only meeting, Bill instantly recognized Poppy and even remembered her name.
