Title: Sylvester Stallone Reveals Shocking Secrets in Exclusive Interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger

Sly teases the interview tonight

Sylvester Stallone has taken to his Instagram to get fans excited for his talk with Arnold Schwarzenegger tonight. He wrote: “My buddy Arnold and I sat down with TMZ to set the record straight on our decades-long rivalry and friendship. Check it out tomorrow at 8 pm EST on Fox. Keep punching [boxing gloves].

Sly’s daughters talk about self-defense training

Sistine revealed that the training was shot for the reality series, and was edited to appear “really nice and kind of fluffy,” although in actuality, it was the hardest thing. She added: “It was about six hours we were in those woods. They made it a cute little montage, Sophia and I got our a–es whooped by these guys, they were the real deal.” Sistine also noted she wasn’t surprised that her dad put her and Sophia “through something like this” since they grew up with Sylvester doing “military-esque self-defense trainings” all their life. Sophia agreed, disclosing: “It was a rigorous routine, it was every day at 6 a.m. he would make us eat eggs with ketchup, for some reason that combination was like an elite combination.”

Stallone’s daughter was trained in self-defense

The Rambo star, 77, shares daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet with his wife, model Jennifer Flavin, 55, and sons Sage and Seargeoh with his first ex-wife, Sasha Czack. Being the protective dad he is, the Hollywood actor gave two of his girls, Sophia and Sistine, proper self-defense training before they moved to New York City. Sophia and Sistine recently opened up to the New York Post about the experience of learning how to handle themselves from Navy SEALs. They shared their testimony ahead of the Season 2 premiere of the family’s show Paramount series, The Family Stallone.

Sylvester Stallone got seventh surgery

The Rocky and Rambo actor, 77, has just had his seventh back operation back in February — and joked his next role would have to be The Hunchback of Notre Dame. In the new series of his US reality show The Family Stallone, Sly recalled fracturing his neck as he was body-slammed by wrestler “Stone Cold” Steve Austin in the first Expendables movie in 2010. Sly said of the stunt: “I did stupid stuff. I was directing Expendables and like an idiot, I’m doing take ten, take whatever, and I remember one slam and I could actually feel one ‘bang’. Sly needed a metal plate inserted into his neck following his fight scene with Austin in the action movie.
